HR Manager Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of HR Manager on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic guidance and support to the management team in matters related to HR and employment law.
* Partner with the executive team to assess compensation and benefits for our sector.
* Collaborate with the management team to conduct annual performance reviews.
* Engage with employees to foster an environment of ongoing improvement and development.
* Draft contracts and complete reference checks for new hires.
* Lead internal recruitment efforts, as well as external partnerships, to secure top talent.
* Oversee the HR function and cultivate a culture of staff retention and growth.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, post-qualification (degree level).
* Predominant experience in standalone HR management roles with a high degree of autonomy.
* Strong knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices in HR.
* Exceptional interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
* A self-motivated and logical decision maker.
