Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner
PFH Technology are currently looking for a Senior ICT Project Manager.
Contract length: 12-months (with possible extensions)
Location: Dublin
Purpose of Role
Manage all aspects of one or more Service Consolidation projects, including initial scoping and discovery stages, in accordance with the standards, tools and methodologies of the Technology and Transformation function.
Engage with business teams across impacted divisions to enable migration to central infrastructure.
Plan and oversee successful migration of users and infrastructure, ensuring standards are met and delivering satisfactory service from Discovery & Planning to Execution and post‑migration support.
Advocate for the end user in all engagements with the programme and technical teams.
Knowledge and experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT change delivery, in a similar lead role covering Project Management, Customer Engagement, and managing ICT‑enabled change projects.
Experience in implementing and managing change with a strong track record of delivering ICT projects.
Collaborative experience with internal and external stakeholders.
Managing project risks, issues and dependencies.
Managing multiple stakeholders with regular status reporting.
Technology infrastructure planning and operations, design and deployment, as well as system lifecycle management (advantage).
Delivery and management of complex ICT projects.
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
Strategic management skills including service planning and delegation.
Effective verbal communication of complex information.
Strong written communication, report writing and presentation skills.
Planning and organisational skills managing multiple projects with technical elements.
Collaborating with stakeholders to maximize project impact.
Identifying improvement areas and developing practical solutions.
Resource utilisation and process improvement.
Strong Microsoft Office and technical report writing skills.
Responsibilities
Manage the Service Consolidation programme with the business teams.
Build and maintain comprehensive, up‑to‑date project plans, status reports and documentation.
Proactively manage project risks and demonstrate viable mitigation plans.
Ensure stakeholders are aware of roles and responsibilities and lead by example.
Manage effective communications among all project stakeholders.
Work with service staff to achieve business benefits.
Manage internal technology delivery teams and external vendors.
Develop strong business relationships with key service leads.
Collaborate with other ICT units and stakeholders for cohesive delivery.
Build and maintain a schedule of activities across technology components, aligning with priorities and constraints.
Deliver on consolidation plans and guide service teams on schedule execution.
Create a collaborative environment with regular communications and shared objectives.
Provide timely information to management via regular status reports on migration progress.
Prepare clear, concise, accurate reports backed by reliable evidence.
Represent the Service Consolidation programme at committees, groups and meetings as required.
Focus on customer and quality of service – promote a customer‑focused environment and treat migration users with dignity and respect.
Seek feedback from migration service users to evaluate effectiveness and ensure support throughout the migration process.
Coordinate and support post‑migration issue resolution with relevant engineers and users.
