We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to support our Talent Acquisition team in Suir Engineering. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a busy Human Resources function. This is role will be based in our Head Office inCleaboy Business Park, Co. Waterford.

Role overview
The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating hiring processes and ensuring compliance with hiring procedures and industry regulations. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a good understanding of Human Resources and recruitment best practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
What you will be doing?
Providing administrative support to Talent Acquisition team with candidate communications, scheduling interviews / assessments, pre-employment reference checks, creating candidate files and onboarding documentation for new hires.
Ownership of TA inbox, act as a point of contact for candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Managing the administration duties for all relocation and Visa process for experienced hires.
Assisting in the development, continuous improvement and updating of Recruitment policies and procedures.
Supporting the annual graduate recruitment campaigns including representing Suir Engineering at graduate career fairs and events.
Is this the job for me?
2 years' experience in recruitment support role, experience in construction or related industries an advantage.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, ability to work on own initiative and part of a high-volume team.
Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of attention to detail.
Passionate about creating an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Have strong Microsoft Office skills.
