Little Smarties Childcare Ltd provides high-quality childcare services for preschool-age children through our Montessori program, as well as an Early Bird Club drop-off service to local primary schools and an Afterschool service during term time. We are located in Terenure, Dublin D6WRV10. Our partner service, LS Academy, offers year-round care for school-aged children at 55 Terenure Rd North, D6WVP08.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Teacher based in Dublin 6W. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, managing the classroom environment, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Additional tasks include communicating with parents, training assistant teachers, and ensuring the developmental needs of all children are met.
Qualifications
* Experience in Lesson Planning, Teaching, and Education
* Strong Communication and Training skills
* Ability to create a nurturing and safe learning environment
* Prior experience in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable
* Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field
* First Aid certification and knowledge of safety protocols is a plus
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
