As a Trade Point Customer Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our trade members. You will engage with customers, listen to their needs, and sell the right products and services to meet their requirements.
The heart of the Tradepoint counter is where you'll be based. Every day, you'll deal with various trade members who come through the door seeking expert advice on home improvement projects. Your responsibility will be to take ownership of these customers' accounts and build meaningful relationships by engaging them in great conversations.
