Through meaningful consultation and expert productguidance, you'll help customers reimagine their bathroom as a space of style,comfort, and function. This role brings together personalised customerengagement, sales support, immaculate showroom presentation, and preciseadministrative coordination to ensure every detail exceeds expectations.KeyResponsibilitiesWelcome customers to the showroom and identify their needs, style preferences, and budget requirements.Provide professional advice on bathroom products, including furniture, brassware, ceramics, and accessories etc.Host retail customers and guide them in depth through the full product range.Prepare accurate quotations and, when required, process sales orders and coordinate deliveries.Proactively follow up on quotations to support customer decision-making and drive sales conversion.Encourage satisfied customers to leave Google reviews, supporting the company's online presence and reputation.Maintain and manage showroom calendar, including customer appointments and visits.Prepare monthly Excel reports for management, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Liaise with Sales Area Managers and the Customer Experience department to support orders and resolve queries.Maintain high showroom standards and presentation, ensuring materials and amenities are well stocked (e.g. brochures, measuring tapes, refreshments).Ensure the showroom environment is welcoming, organised, and aligned with brand standards at all times.Be available to support and work at trade shows and external events in which the company participates, as part of the showroom advisor role.Skillsand AttributesStrong customer service and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.Confident communicator, both in person and over the phone/email.High attention to detail, particularly in quotations, follow-ups, and reporting.Comfortable using Excel and basic administrative systems.Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.Interest in interior design, bathrooms, or home improvement is desirable.ExperienceMinimum of 2 years' experience in a retail based, customer facing rolePrevious experience in a showroom, particularly in the bathroom industry, would be an advantageExperience within general interiors or home improvement would also be desirable, but not essentialWhat WeOfferCompetitive salary - €36,000 to €38,000, depending on experience23 days annual leaveCompany Pension Scheme – up to 3% employer contributionEmployee Assistance ProgrammePotential for permanent opportunities within the business upon completion of the specified purpose contractSONAS is known for its unique culture withstrong company values which places our people, customers and businessstakeholders at the heart of what we do.
