About the Role: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 4-star hotel or similar high-standard establishment and will play a key role in the daily operations of the hotel. You will be responsible for leading and supporting the team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest levels of service across all departments. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead by example with a hands-on approach to management. Work closely with other department managers to meet and exceed guest expectations. Maintain high standards in Food & Beverage service, ensuring quality and consistency. Handle guest queries and resolve any issues effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of duty management experience in a busy hospitality environment. A strong background in Food & Beverage operations is essential. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a proactive and professional attitude. Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Flexibility regarding work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have legal authorization to work full-time in Ireland.
