SAP Solution Architect
Permanent Dublin 25-09-2023 100000 Realtime Recruitment have partnered with a global client that are seeking a SAP Solution Architect. In this role, the Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping & driving forward projects and programmes, from initial strategy to execution.
This is a permanent role in Dublin that offers a hybrid working model.
In this role, your responsibilities encompass:
* Crafting S/4 solution blueprints, with a primary emphasis on Finance processes, reporting, data, and analytics. You'll be responsible for effectively presenting and conveying these blueprints to clients.
* Identifying critical design decisions in business-driven SAP-enabled transformations.
* Articulating how proposed technology solutions can drive business transformation and align with the benefits case.
* Actively engaging in business development efforts, involving the identification and exploration of opportunities within both new and existing clients.
* Formulating and specifying integrations of SAP solutions into client systems using enterprise architecture standards and principles.
* Leading and delivering projects to not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations, adhering to our high-quality standards.
* Influencing clients to embrace automation and intelligent Robotic Process Automation (iRPA).
* Providing guidance, mentoring, and supervision to team members.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
* Extensive experience in designing and implementing S/4HANA (preferred) and SAP ECC.
* A deep understanding of functional processes in multiple areas, including P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A/xP&A, and AM.
* Proficiency in implementing, configuring, and advising on SAP FI/CO, Group Consolidation and reporting, Planning and Forecasting (BPC, IBP, SAC), and Master Data Governance (MDG).
* Knowledge of SAP data structures and integration with BW/DWC.
* Ideally, familiarity with one or more industry-specific solutions such as life sciences, retail, banking/insurance, telecoms, or agribusiness.
* Experience in integrating SAP solutions with line-of-business solutions like SuccessFactors and Ariba.
* A track record of leading and motivating technical consulting teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.
* Strong grounding in best-practice design and an advisory approach.
* Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and building positive relationships both internally and with clients.
