Your new companyHays are partnering with a well‑established organisation operating within the domestic energy and utilities sector to recruit a Sales Manager to join their commercial team.Your new roleIn this role, you will take ownership of the domestic sales function, leading and developing a field‑based sales team to deliver growth across the residential market. You will be responsible for driving new connections, retaining existing customers and strengthening relationships across the trade supply chain, including installers, merchants and manufacturing partners.You will manage sales performance, forecasting and reporting, while working closely with internal teams to support marketing activity, training initiatives and the delivery of decarbonisation and low‑carbon programmes.
