Project Manager - Amsterdam Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead large-scale multidisciplinary construction projects based in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver efficient engineering and innovation performance while managing overall project delivery.
Develop and implement planning strategies, motivating and aligning the project team toward successful outcomes.
Track project labour, commissioning activities, and performance metrics to ensure smooth delivery.
Establish structured project setup, documentation, and reporting processes from project initiation.
Engage continuously with key stakeholders including clients and design teams to ensure high standards of delivery and communication.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, especially in relation to cost, scope, and delivery timelines.
Monitor and champion health & safety protocols and promote a strong team culture.
Ensure project quality targets are met and exceeded.
Specific Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects from initiation to completion.
Strong technical understanding of Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) elements in construction.
Proven success managing and coordinating large-scale installation projects.
Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and implementation in a construction environment.
