About the Position:
Accounts & Office Administrator required. The Ideal candidate must have accounting and administration experience and/or willing to learn. The candidate will work closely with all levels of management and personnel. The suitable candidate will work closely with our team and become an integral part of our growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
General administration:
· Office Management: Maintaining office organization, supplies, and equipment.
· Communication: Handling emails, and correspondence.
· Record-Keeping: Managing documents, contracts, and project files.
· Scheduling: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and project timelines.
· Data Entry: Updating project management software, spreadsheets, and databases.
· Reporting: Preparing reports, such as project updates, progress reports.
· Human Resources: Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration.
· Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Bookkeeping:
· Maintain accurate financial records on in-house digital system
· Reconcile supplier and bank accounts.
· Prepare VAT returns in compliance with Revenue requirements.
· Assist with Management accounts.
· Complete payroll processes.
· Assist with year-end preparation for external accountants/auditors.
Key Requirements:
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an administration/bookkeeping role
· Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft 365.
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with ROS (Revenue Online Service).
Desirable:
· Have strong IT skills.
· Have an understanding of International Organisation for Standardisation Procedures (ISO) updating and maintaining such records.
