Currently we have an opening for a Project Manager– Digital Transformation to support digital transformation of Service Operations globally.The Service Platform Program and related projects are introducing a new solution to support service delivery execution and asset information management.The solution will digitalize our service operations,improvingour information flow, fleet informationcaptureand much more in the future.The goal of the program is not only to introduce newtechnology, butalsodrivenew business changes and support continuous operational improvements.
Additionally,Sandvik isundergoing a transition to a new operating model that improves how we deliver technology and process changes to our business.
This change will include a transition from Waterfall to an Agile approach andwill increase the scope of changes deliveredto the businessby the Digital Transformation team.

What you will be doing Facilitate and guideboth Waterfall andAgile project delivery.
Act as a servant leader for the team by coaching and supporting them in Agile ways of working, helping them become self-organizing and high performing.
PlanandcoordinateprojectinitiativeswhilemaintainingflexibilitythroughiterativeplanningandAgileframeworks.
ExecuteWaterfallprojectsaccordingtothedevelopedblueprint.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure transparency and team alignment.
Collaborate with productowners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure priorities areclearand the product backlog iswell managed.
Remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress and help teams navigate challenges effectively.
Promote Agile mindset and best practices across the organization by coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile principles.
Monitor delivery progress, team health, and project outcomes while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Drive continuous improvement by encouraging reflection, learning, and experimentation within teams.
As part of the Digital Transformation Team, contribute to improving our Agileand Waterfalldelivery practices and play a key role in our digital transformation journey.
Whatyouwillbringalong CommunicationAn effective communicator who can facilitate discussions, foster transparency, and convey ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders across different cultures and personality types.
Agile Leadership / Coaching:Ability to lead through servant leadership, coaching teams in Scrum and Agile practices while empowering them to take ownership of their work.
Facilitation:Strong facilitation skills to guide team ceremonies, workshops, and stakeholder discussions that enable collaboration and decision-making.
Organization:Ability to balance structure with flexibility, helping teams plan and deliver work effectively within Agile frameworks.
Time management:Support teams in prioritizing work and maintaining focus on delivering high-value outcomes within sprint cycles.
Risk and impediment management:Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to resolve them.
Problem-solving:Help teams navigate challenges by encouraging collaborative problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Adaptability:Comfortable working in dynamic environments where priorities may shift and continuous learning is encouraged.
Teamwork:Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across international teams, time zones, and cultures.
Technicalawareness:Solid understanding of IT and digital projects, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
General skills:Experience with Agile tools and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams, and Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Digital connectivity:Ability to work effectively within hybrid or remote team environments and adapt communication strategies accordingly.
Stakeholder Management:Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align expectations and foster productive collaboration between business and technical teams.
Experience:Experience working with Agile delivery methods such as Scrum within software or digital implementation projects, preferably within Service Operations or ERP environments.
Familiarity with Sandvik and its offering is considered a plus.
