What You'll Be Doing As Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of developing and growing the property's corporate, meetings, and events business. Your days will be varied, engaging, and people-driven. You will: Build relationships with key corporate clients and event organisers Represent the property at meetings, sales missions, networking events & industry socials Identify new market opportunities and convert strong leads into long-term business Monitor account production and market trends, taking action when needed Create polished proposals and presentations that win clients over Collaborate with marketing on digital content, social activity, and sales collateral Use CRM and market intelligence tools to support smart, efficient sales activity Work closely with operations to ensure events are delivered flawlessly This is a role where you'll genuinely see the results of your work - and be recognised for them. Who We're Looking For This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, energetic, and commercially aware sales professional who wants real growth.
