- €42k Role Requirements: Coordinate and manage ocean freight shipments from origin to destination.Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other required paperwork.Communicate with carriers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient shipment delivery.Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers and resolving any issues that arise.Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers to secure the best possible pricing for our clients.Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.Assist with customs clearance processes and coordinate with customs brokers as needed.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments.Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding or a similar role.Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
