Job Title: Client Delivery Associate
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Dublin as a Client Delivery Associate.

* Serve as a key point of contact for clients within the segment.
* Build and maintain stable senior relationships with clients to support key interactions and seamless escalation.
* Communicate escalations, service updates, and progress updates to clients.
You will work closely with internal partners to deliver quality products through efficient issue resolution and proactive client engagement.
Responsibilities include:
* Quality checks of exceptional processes completed by team members.
* Assist with tax and regulatory reporting to ensure reports are accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
* Perform FATCA/CRS oversight for the delivery of TA Ops services to clients across the business.
* Process investor payment instructions and requisite fund movements.
* Handle investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers, Irish Tax Withholding Payments.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
* Significant experience in Transfer Agency Operations and dealing with complex, demanding client organizations.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent client-facing skills.
Preferred qualifications include:
* Ability to interact efficiently with clients and manage client expectations.
* Strong product and business knowledge, with a minimum of 5 years in transfer agency.
* Excellence in designing optimal operations controls and workflow.
