Job Overview

This is a dynamic and varied role that reports directly to the Senior People Operations Generalist. The ideal candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle for a large organization, working alongside experienced professionals.

The primary objective of this role is to support the organization in achieving its goals by creating and delivering on our people strategy. This includes providing a full people management service to Managers and Employees throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the execution of recruitment plans, attracting candidates through various initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to manage employee onboarding and offboarding experiences.
- Drive improvements in HR tools and processes, promoting a positive employee experience.
- Ensure confidentiality and governance of sensitive employee information.
- Provide guidance and advice on employee-related matters, including company policies and procedures.
- Develop and communicate policies and procedures to meet business needs and comply with Irish legislation and case law.
- Promote equality, inclusion, and diversity, fostering a culture where everyone feels valued and respected.
- Produce high-quality people reporting requirements, continuously improving insights and reporting.
- Assist with salary payroll instructions and lead a team of People Operations Administrators.
- Participate in research, design, and delivery of successful employee events.
- Manage People Projects from initiation to closure.

Requirements

- A degree or qualification in HR or a related discipline is desirable.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a People Operations Generalist role.
- Working knowledge of employment law required.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and helpful attitude.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and work flexibly.
- Respectful, honest, and empathetic towards others.
