Key Responsibilities: Oversee month-end close, journals, and reconciliations to tight deadlines. Support the preparation of management accounts, variance analysis, and board reports. Strengthen internal controls and financial integrity across all balance sheet accounts Review and improve finance procedures and system workflows. Supervise and mentor junior team members. Your Experience: Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Strong in financial operations and internal controls. Experience in multi-entity or group reporting environments desirable. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
