Role Overview
At Sodexo, we are seeking a Food Production Manager 3 to lead our culinary team at Yale New Haven Hospital – Saint Raphael Campus in New Haven, CT.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where you will oversee daily food production and inspire a team of 20 union employees to deliver safe, high-quality service that supports patient care and hospital functions.

Key Responsibilities
* Purchasing and budget oversight for food production
* Providing hands-on leadership to utility staff ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and food safety
* Oversight of floor stock management and accurate documentation
* Supporting catering services using the CaterTrax system
* Driving accountability through FMS documentation of pre- and post-production numbers
* Collaboration with peers and hospital leaders to elevate service and efficiency

Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of management experience and 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services. An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
