We are looking for a charismatic, hardworking and astute Talent Executive to help us implement our killer ideas on the street, pub, field, festival or wherever we take our client's brands.
You will manage the recruitment and implementation of Talent for all the Agency experiential and activation staffed campaigns. This will involve finding, selecting, on-boarding and building our team of talented Promotional Staff & Brand Ambassadors, delivering all aspects of talent recruitment to an excellent standard, supporting the client service team and the individual client accounts.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate team player with a keen interest in recruitment, human resources, marketing activations plus finger-on-the-pulse brand activity to join an award-winning agency.
Your Profile
You are a people person, first and foremost. You will have at least one year's experience in a Talent Recruitment role, preferably in a marketing agency function but not essential. You will provide a proactive role in sourcing, recruiting and managing promotional talent ensuring a quality roll out of each activation or staffed activity implemented by the team.
Core Function
* To manage the recruitment function for all internal, promotional staff and brand ambassadors for the Agency
* To conduct interviews, telephone, face to face and remote
* To conduct strategic recruitment activities including attending / co-ordinating job fairs on-site and other special events
* To complete assigned administration tasks such as reference checks, staff pay, contracts and help to devise, edit and collate the new starter's documents
* To advise client service in selection decision-making meetings
* To manage all talent logistics around all agency activations and staffed projects (start time, finish etc)
* To define job descriptions, competency frameworks and job advertisements
* To organise and co-ordinate inductions for new talent
* To research into competitors and marketplace
* Maintain recruitment process, ensuring fair proceedings in relation to recruitment, selection and exit interviews
* Collaborate with management of all Talent requirements across all Client Service teams to help drive efficiencies
