Fire & Security Engineer Midlands Talent Curve Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Engineer for a leading provider covering the Midlands (Westmeath, Laois, Offaly, Longford).
This is a senior field-based role focusing on high-level service, commissioning, and maintenance.
Core Responsibilities Service & Repair: Maintenance and reactive repair of addressable fire alarms, IP CCTV, access control, and intruder systems.
Commissioning: Lead final system handover ensuring full compliance with IS 3218 and IS EN 50131.
Technical Lead: Provide advanced troubleshooting and mentor junior technicians on-site.
Compliance: Certify all works to industry standards and maintain detailed site logs.
Candidate Profile Experience: 5+ years in the fire/security industry (Gent, Morley, Hikvision, or similar).
Qualified: Fully qualified Electrician or Level 6/7 Electronic Engineer.
Standards: In-depth knowledge of Irish life safety and security regulations.
Essentials: Full clean driving licence, Safe Pass, and ability to pass security vetting.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: €50,000 €60,000 per annum (DOE).
