Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Learning and Instructional Design Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive enablement programs that empower our sales growth team to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and manage programs that enable the sales growth team to achieve its potential, including new hire boot camp, product release training, and ongoing professional development.
* Lead the development of internal and external sales materials in collaboration with product, marketing, and sales enablement teams.
* Create and manage the strategy and execution of new sales rep onboarding and ongoing sales training.
* Apply instructional design methodologies to develop curriculum, e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning solutions for the sales organization.
* Measure, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of all enablement initiatives, using data-driven insights to continuously improve learning outcomes and sales performance.
* Foster strong relationships across the sales organization to stay informed about sales strategies, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, instructional design, or adult learning. You should also have a proven track record of designing and delivering effective learning programs for adult professionals, as well as strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
