Manufacturing Process Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to lead the development and refinement of manufacturing processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing efficient, scalable, and easy-to-implement production processes. They will also ensure the seamless transition from prototypes to full production runs, driving efficiency through cost-saving opportunities, on-time delivery, and lean manufacturing practices.
This role requires strong collaboration skills, working closely with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and deliver excellence. The ideal candidate will also contribute to the development and implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring accurate technical documentation and maintaining quality and safety standards.
The successful applicant will possess a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or a related field, with at least 25 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role. They should have hands-on experience with process development, optimization, and improvement projects, as well as proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Additional requirements include knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, experience with ERP systems, and familiarity with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA), and other quality tools. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential for success in this role.
