About This Opportunity
This is a unique chance for an exceptional Executive Head Chef to drive the success of our hotel's food operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior chef roles, preferably in 4-star hotels.
1. To establish and implement high standards of culinary excellence throughout all food production areas.
2. To lead a team of skilled chefs in preparing and presenting dishes that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
3. To collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement effective strategies for cost control and labour management.
4. To recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service.
5. To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
* To oversee the planning, preparation, and presentation of menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
* To manage the inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients and supplies.
* To coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* To provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to junior staff members.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience at Senior Chef Level in a 4* Hotel
* Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication, organisation & people management skills
* The ability to train new & existing staff
* An excellent knowledge of culinary development and a strong eye for detail
* Fluency in spoken & written English
* Availability to work 5 over 7 days for both opening and closing shifts
* A strong level of HACCP Knowledge
