Finance Business Partner Our manufacturing/distribution client in South Wicklow is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of Management Accounting and assisting the wider Accounts functions and ensuring site objections are attained.

Salary: 65k + DOE.
Key Responsibilities: Produce all site-level financial reports, forecasts, annual budgets, commentaries, and statutory financial statements.
Deliver variance analysis and performance reporting.
Own and monitor manufacturing KPIs and wider efficiency metrics.
Track income and expenditure and prepare detailed cash flow forecasts.
Develop and maintain standard costing for products, processes, and projects.
Manage inventory reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and handle related queries.
Support and oversee sales ledger activities, accounts payable, and credit control processes.
Partner with the commercial team to support pricing models, tender pricing, and process improvements.
Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets for the site.
Support the wider finance team during year-end close and audit processes, including auditor liaison.
Carry out financial administration tasks and internal audits as required.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Undertake any other reasonable duties within capability, as required by the business.
Key Requirements: CIMA qualified or similar.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in management accounting as well as AP/AR.
High financial reporting experience.
Strong attention to detail and numerically driven.
