This is a key leadership position responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, compliance and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate their team while implementing management decisions.
1. Carefully balance the need to motivate the team with the need to implement management decisions and initiatives.
2. Support Process Engineers in achieving uptime in their respective areas.
3. Maintain close working relationships with Production, Health & Safety, Quality functions and other support functions across the business.
