Role Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented
Data Analyst
with exceptional
Microsoft Excel expertise
to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys working with large datasets, and can transform raw data into clear, actionable insights—primarily using Excel as a core tool.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and optimize complex Excel models, dashboards, and reports
Perform data cleaning validation, and transformation using advanced Excel functions
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
Develop automated workflows using formulas, Power Query, and macros/VBA (where applicable)
Create clear visualizations using charts, pivot tables, and pivot charts
Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and recurring reporting
Document processes, data logic, and reporting methodologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and reporting requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Power Query / Power Pivot
Data validation & conditional formatting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to work with large, messy datasets
Strong communication skills ( to explain data clearly to non-technical users)
