An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Civils Site Manager
to join a leading developer on a high-density residential project in Dublin West.
This role is ideally suited to someone with strong all-round construction knowledge and a particular strength in
civils, groundworks, deep drainage, excavations, and site development works
. While experience on housing or apartment projects is advantageous, it is not essential.
Role overview
As Civils Site Manager, you will take responsibility for all civil and enabling works on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
What you'll be doing
* Managing civils, groundworks, deep drainage, excavations, and site development works
* Coordinating subcontractors and managing workflows in line with the project programme
* Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across all civils activities
* Liaising closely with the project and site management teams
* Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity on site
* Managing multiple work fronts and prioritising workload effectively
What you'll bring
* Trade background or construction-related degree
* 5-7+ years' experience as a Civils Site Manager with a developer or main contractor
* Strong experience delivering civils and groundworks packages
* Residential project experience (housing/apartments) is desirable but not essential
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors
