We focus on reviewing, teaching, establishing rules when necessary, and assisting teams in solving complex problems. Our expertise includes security, operational design, customer experience, privacy, regulatory compliance, and technology policies. We maintain several policies and libraries of code to support engineering teams, promoting best practices and reducing redundant efforts.The Role:As an A&T Sr Principal Software Engineer, you will engage with Mastercard engineering teams and contribute to A&T deliverables such as patterns, frameworks, proof-of-concepts, policies, standards, and shared libraries. You may lead or mentor teams, code, review code, and participate in various assignments ranging from technical due diligence to modernization efforts and distributed platform services.
