Senior Biostatistician Location: Dublin Salary Range: € Hybrid Reperio are working with a small but fast growing pharma company who are seeking a skilled Senior Biostatistician to join their team.
You will lead the design, analysis, and interpretation of complex datasets, working closely with cross-functional teams to support research, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.
You will bring rigorous statistical expertise and a collaborative spirit to every project, ensuring that our methodologies are robust, innovative, and aligned with business goals.
Requirements: Master's degree or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience applying statistical methods in a professional setting, preferably within pharma.
Deep knowledge of statistical theory and methodologies, including both classical and modern techniques.
Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R, SAS, Python, or similar.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
