Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining complex machine control systems across various machine types and brands.

* Install and calibrate machine control systems on site

* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machine control systems
">
* Provide customer support and training on system use and operation
">
* Work closely with the Installations Team Leader and other engineers to ensure seamless delivery of customer requirements
">

Requirements:
">
">
* College or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Hydraulics or Electronic Engineering
">
* Recent demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical issues on heavy equipment machines
">
* Familiarity with construction site operations using machine control systems
">
* Basic understanding of using a PC including Microsoft Office applications and handheld devices
">
* Experience working in OEM, OEM Dealer site Environment in an engineering / operations role
">

Accountability:

The successful candidate will be supervised by a fully qualified SITECH Installation and Support Engineer and provided with further and advanced product training as necessary.

They will be responsible for managing their time effectively and supporting SITECH and customer requirements.

Education & Experience:
">
Experience in working within a field technology role is essential, as well as effective and solid customer service skills.
">
A keen eye for detail and the ability to fault find through knowledge / experience and root cause mechanical / electronics awareness are also required.

This role would suit an electrically biased plant fitter or a controls engineer familiar with the plant industry.
