With more than 25 years of experience in the childcare industry, we are one of the most established organisations operating nationwide. Our goal is to extend children's daily learning by involving them in a wide range of sports and creative programmes, supported by our strict 'No Screen Time' policy.
With 4 creches and preschool services in Dublin, Kids Inc. also hosts over 60 onsite Breakfast and Afterschool Care programmes throughout the country.
Kids Inc. is currently recruiting a Part-Time Term-Time Manager to join our busy Afterschool and Holiday Service in Scoil Ghobnatan, Mallow. This is a great opportunity for an experienced childcare professional who enjoys supporting children's development and leading a team.
The Role
Daily management of the centre, including administration and completion of reports
Organise the upcoming week in line with company guidelines
Ensure all team members are aligned with the weekly plans and clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities
Support staff to promote the holistic development of the children
Maintain close and effective working relationships with staff and parents to support the wellbeing of the children and achieve the centre’s goals
Your Profile
Minimum of 3 years' professional experience working with children
Previous experience as a manager in a childcare or educational setting
Excellent communication skills
Experience training or supporting other team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A relevant childcare or teaching qualification (desirable)
Salary
€19.00 - €20.25 per hour (minimum 20 hours per week guaranteed)
