Employment Caseworker.
Help people achieve sustainable employment through personalized support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a robust case management plan for each client to achieve full-time employment.
- Use industry-leading assessment technology to identify client goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to clients, including intensive job search support when the client is ready.
- Identify and recommend training solutions in consultation with in-house tutors to meet specific learning needs of clients.
- Fast-track job-ready clients for immediate job interviews brokered by Employer Services consultants.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the local labour market.
- Work closely with specialist services to assist clients in their journey towards employment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum three years' experience working in a customer-focused target-driven environment.
- Strong IT skills/experience in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent administrative skills with fast & accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to build rapport and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals both in person and over the phone.
