An excellent opportunity has opened for an IT Services Engineer to join a leading global organisation. You'll provide advanced technical support across a modern enterprise environment while acting as a key escalation point for complex issues.
This is a hands-on Level 1-3 support role focused on end-user technology, endpoint management, device lifecycle support, patching, and security compliance. You'll work closely with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams to deliver a seamless IT experience.
You’ll support Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure AD, ServiceNow, SCCM, Intune, and other enterprise technologies. The role also includes vulnerability management, system monitoring, incident response, and continuous service improvement.

What You Bring
3-5+ years of experience in IT support or technical services
Proven Level 3 support experience in an enterprise environment
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange
Up to €62,000 salary range
Up to 10% annual performance bonus
