We are currently hiring an Accounts Payable Assistant for our growing team. The role will be within our North America accounts team at our Head Office in Kilcolgan, Co. Galway. We are currently operational within Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, San Diego, Ohio, Virginia, Tennessee, and Texas.
This will be a full-time office-based position to complement our current North America team. The role will include working across all aspects of the North America accounts payable, which offers variety and scope for career development.
The job role will include, but not be limited to, the following:
* Support of both the accounts payable teams for Canada & the US.
* Assisting with US out-of-pocket expense claims.
* Inputting and scanning of invoices to the accounts system.
* Approving invoices for payment.
* Reconciling supplier statements.
* Consulting with the North America Satellite offices, where required.
* Process weekly & monthly payment runs from a pre-approved list.
* Ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications and experience
* Good working knowledge of the accounts package and MS Office.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexible to adapt to the changing requirements of the role.
* Diligent and able to multitask and prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines.
* Team worker.
Salary 32k – 35k, depending on experience.
Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday 8.30 am – 5 pm and Friday 8.30 am-4.30 pm.
