Accounting and Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our accounting and administrative functions on a part-time basis. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing administrative support.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in bookkeeping and office administration, who can work independently and manage priorities in a busy office environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records up to trial balance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
* Support general accounting tasks, including reconciliations, as needed.
* Liaise with external auditors and accountants as required.
* Provide administrative assistance to the team as necessary.
* Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles (up to trial balance).
* Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Previous administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software (Word, Outlook, etc.).
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
