Aon Risk Capital is looking to hire a Strategic Accounts Co-ordinator- Global Clients to deliver improved broking outcomes through a more coordinated and strategic project management process. This will enhance client satisfaction, maintain our high retention levels and ensure our colleagues are utilised to best optimise their skillset and job satisfaction. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dublin office. What the day will look like As Strategic Account Co-ordinator - Global Clients within Aon Risk Capital, you will play a central role in coordinating large, complex global insurance programmes. Global accounts can involve hundreds of insured locations around the world, requiring different levels of service and cover. By bringing structure, discipline and joined-up communication to this process, you will help improve efficiency, strengthen client relationships and enable colleagues to focus on what they do best. Key responsibilities include: Global accounts are, by nature, complex. Clients could have hundreds of insured locations across the globe requiring various levels of service and cover. Co-ordinating this process is an incredible opportunity to significantly improve our efficiency and client satisfaction while gaining exposure to a broad spectrum of clients, industries & lines of insurance in one of the largest insurance brokers in the world. To ensure the continued success of the Global Clients team, we require an Account Co-ordinator to: Be the connective tissue between the account director, service team and the client Bring a robust project-management discipline to the coordination of large complex client accounts Develop a framework for execution of key account objectives Facilitate client / account planning meetings (internal and external) Track account activity, manage prioritisation of key activities, drive accountability and coordinate team activity where required Coordinate the production of the annual account stewardship report Support in the development and co-ordination of the clients short, medium & long term objectives Co-ordinate the strategic direction of client engagement, relationship management and optimising the strategy for client retention. Delegate actions within the team and track/manage updates to the client on key objectives Ensure key market insights/trends are shared with the client in a consistent manner Assist in managing the global network for large complex clients Engage, track and report on new business & growth activity across key clients Defining Success Improved team development and engagement Delivering a more joined-up approach to market interactions Improved efficiency and consistency in placement insurer outcomes Enabling account directors to spend more time focusing on client value-add and revenue-generating activities. How this opportunity is different Reporting directly to the Strategic Accounts Manager for Global Clients, this role acts as an extension of the client service team, enhancing and optimising how we engage with clients and deploy our colleague resources. You will sit at the heart of some of Aon's most complex and high-profile global client relationships, gaining exposure to a broad spectrum of clients, industries and insurance lines within one of the largest insurance brokers in the world. Skills and experience that will lead to success Demonstrable project management experience High level of skill with Microsoft excel Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and to coordinate activity across a team Experience working with or in a large multinational organisation Strong communication skills - verbal & written including presentation skills Experience in managing teams, delegation and conflict resolution People skills - Experience in dealing with customers and/or clients Insurance industry experience advantageous but not essential Have a desire to improve knowledge across a range of industries and insurance products How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
