Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and implementation of business plans for the trustee companies
* Ensure effective oversight of the management of master trusts
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and industry partners
* Communicate effectively with employers, advisors, and stakeholders
* Oversee financial and operational management of the trustee companies
* Develop and maintain a high-performance culture
Requirements
* Experience as a company director or senior-level Board member
* Deep understanding of pension regulations and laws
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively with Boards, regulatory bodies, and external partners
* Proven track record in leadership, risk management, and team development
