Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer with proven experience working on Irish construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works meet project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations, while supporting site teams with quality documentation, inspections, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance and control procedures across projects
 * Carry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
 * Monitor material testing, workmanship, and installation in line with project requirements
 * Maintain detailed quality records, checklists, and reports for client submittals
 * Coordinate and review technical submittals, method statements, and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)
 * Support project teams with close-out documentation and as-builts
 * Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on quality issues and resolutions
 * Ensure all works comply with Irish construction regulations and best practice
Requirements
 * Minimum 3-5 years' QA/QC experience in civil engineering or construction in Ireland
 * Relevant engineering qualification (Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar)
 * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 * Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, site teams, and management
 * Proficient in MS Office and familiar with quality management systems/document control
