As part of a significant expansion, an exciting opportunity has come to join the science, engineering/ manufacturing & commercialisation team
The role will require the leadership of an experienced, energetic, and committed Senior/ Lead Engineering (CQV/ Technical Engineer) with broad experience in Vial and Syringe Filling operations and the below key areas.
* Lead and execute Container Closure Integrity (CCI) qualification activities across aseptic and sterile manufacturing processes
* Develop, review, and approve CQV lifecycle documentation including URS, FRS, risk assessments, protocols, and final reports
* Provide SME support for CCI test methods (e.g. HVLD, vacuum decay, dye ingress, microbial ingress)
* Support equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) related to filling, capping, sealing, and inspection systems
* Ensure CCI qualification activities are compliant with EU GMP, FDA, USP, Annex 1, and relevant regulatory expectations
* Interface with Quality, Manufacturing, MSAT, and external vendors to deliver qualification milestones
* Support regulatory inspections and audits, addressing CCI-related observations and queries
* Perform and document risk assessments (FMEA, HACCP) for container closure systems
* Review deviations, change controls, and CAPAs related to CQV and CCI activities
