This role will play a key part in supporting and deliveringdigital and automation initiativesacross our manufacturing operations, while collaborating closely with global Centres of Excellence and cross-functional teams.This position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge systems and technologies, drive process improvements, and contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of a modern biopharma facility.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain automation platforms such as DeltaV DCS, PLC/SCADA, OEM, BAS, and Historian systems.Partner with data analytics teams to enable advanced visualization and insights from large datasets.Develop and maintain Electronic Batch Records .Collaborate with engineers, IT specialists, suppliers, and system integrators to deliver reliable automation solutions.Drive process and equipment optimization to improve product quality, yield, and efficiency.Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across compliance, cost, and performance.Provide on-the-floor support for automation troubleshooting, investigations, and system optimization .Prepare, review, and approve documentation such as procedures, change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and reports in line with GDP.Skills & Experience RequiredBSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline .3+ years' experience in automation or IT systems within manufacturing (life sciences preferred).Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC/SCADA, or data historian systems .Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Self-motivated, with a track record of driving improvements and delivering results.This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact indigital manufacturing, working on meaningful projects while building your career in a fast-growing and innovative environment.
