We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety professional to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the current HSEQ Team in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting directly to the Health and Safety Manager, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
* Communicating with senior management and site teams to ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
* Carrying out regular site audits and presenting results to senior management.
* Developing strategies to improve health and safety on site and in office.
* Maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE) stocks and promoting health and safety practices across the organization.
Requirements:
* A background in health and safety.
* A full driving license.
* An understanding of ISO management systems.
* At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position.
* NEBOSH certification is desirable.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
