As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Field Care Supervisors and ensuring that all shifts are adequately covered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Field Care Supervisors to deliver high-quality care services within designated territories.
* Attend regular management meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and align with departmental objectives.
* Conduct thorough investigations into any incidents or accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures to prevent reoccurrences.
* Maintain effective relationships with external agencies, including HSE and TUSLA, to ensure seamless collaboration and business growth.
* Develop and execute strategies to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) targets assigned by the Director of Operations, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Education: Hold a Level 7/8 Degree in Social Studies or be working towards achieving this qualification.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
* A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in a similar social care setting, with a proven track record of leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and adaptability skills to navigate complex situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Demonstrate a flexible and proactive approach to work, capable of adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
