Payroll Specialist Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Payroll Specialist to manage payroll services for employees across multiple entities in Ireland, the UK, and Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and pay payroll for over 600 employees on a monthly basis.
* Maintain accurate records in the HRIS system to ensure indirect overhead allocations and regulatory reporting requirements.
* Prepare and post all payroll-related journals and accruals, and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
* Implement controls to capture monthly changes and reconcile any differences.
* Provide timely and accurate reporting to internal and external auditors.
Requirements:
* IPASS or Accounting Qualification preferred.
* Minimum of 3-6 years payroll experience with a large organisation is essential.
* Strong knowledge of IRL payroll, ideally UK payroll knowledge and EMEA expertise advantageous.
* Experience dealing with complex Irish and UK payrolls in a deadline-driven environment highly desirable.
