We are hiring a professional and service-focused Duty Manager on behalf of our client, a highly reputed 4-star luxury hotel in County Meath. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day hotel operations, supporting all departments during shifts, and delivering excellent guest experiences. Ideal for someone with previous supervisory or front office management experience looking to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for guests and staff during shifts, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Oversee the daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other key departments. Ensure service standards are consistently maintained across all areas of the hotel. Handle guest feedback, complaints, or incidents with confidence and care. Support staff on duty, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to ensure efficient teamwork. Perform regular property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest readiness. Prepare shift reports and communicate updates to senior management. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or Duty Manager role in a 3-star or 4-star hotel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving ability and guest-focused mindset. Ability to remain calm and lead effectively during busy or high-pressure situations. Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in hotel PMS (e.g. OPERA, HotSoft, or similar) is an advantage.
