OverviewWe are looking for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to join the Device Experience & Engineering team and contribute to a variety of products and projects including application design, development, and integrations with Asset Management, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Software Signing & Distribution services. As the demand for these services grows, we are building a team capable of serving Apple’s needs at a global scale, handling many devices (macOS, iOS, and tvOS) and supporting a variety of business units with unique needs, including opportunities to grow through the use of AI tools.ResponsibilitiesProgram Execution Delivery: Drive end-to-end delivery of device management features, tools, and infrastructure by setting clear program parameters and managing risks, dependencies, and communication for timely execution.Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with engineering, product, UX, and operations to translate requirements into actionable plans, facilitate development cycles, and serve as the central communication hub for program updates.Technical & Operational Excellence: Understand system architectures and dependencies to support quality build and deployment readiness, while driving improvements in process efficiency and program transparency.Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate across levels, balancing competing priorities and providing clarity, while tracking and reporting key program metrics and outcomes.Minimum QualificationsExperience in program or project management within a technical domain (e.g., software, hardware, infrastructure, or device management).Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban).Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with device managementProficiency in project management toolsPMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
