Academic Position in Food Science
We are seeking a highly qualified academic to join our staff as an Assistant Professor / Lecturer in Food Science. The ideal candidate will have expertise in food chemistry and analysis, food rheology, and/or human nutrition. They will be expected to contribute to the teaching programme of the Department and undertake teaching duties on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes as well as the supervision of Master's and PhD students.
The appointee will be expected to build a strong research profile that supports our research strategy, including affiliating to Research Institutes and working with colleagues on national and international research projects. They will sustain and conduct research, engage in scholarship of quality and substance, and generate publications of international standard.

Requirements:
* PhD in Food Science or related field
* Proven record of teaching, research and publication
