About Your New Job
As a Quality Engineer III, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and product quality by applying rigorous quality practices and maintaining robust systems.
You will be directly involved in the integration of new cutting-edge medical technologies, including process characterization, validation, scale-up, and automation.
Act as a subject matter expert for internal/external audits, facilitate risk management, and drive compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO/MDD/MDR).
You will lead root cause analysis of complex quality issues, select and apply appropriate statistical and problem‑solving tools, and ensure timely disposition of non-conforming product.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, supporting knowledge sharing with internal teams and external partners across functions.
Evaluate new equipment and processes for safety, environmental impact, and overall effectiveness in partnership with Environmental Health & Safety.
Draft and maintain technical documentation, investigate complaint signals, and oversee change control activities.
What Skills You Need
Honours Bachelor’s degree (level 8) or higher in a STEM discipline.
At least 5 years’ experience in a quality engineering role within the medical device industry or another highly regulated environment.
Demonstrated experience with process validation activities, Six Sigma, and Lean principles.
Strong organisational, communication, and technical writing skills.
Knowledge of risk management, problem‑solving methodologies, and internal/external audit participation.
