We're looking for a detail-focused, people-centeredDatabase Services and Supporter Care Co-ordinatorto help deliver exceptional supporter care while ensuring the CRM, payment systems, and reporting infrastructure run smoothly and effectively. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for bothdata operationsanddonor relationship excellence, looking to take the next step in their charity career. ??What Youll Do ?Supporter Care & Systems Oversight Champion excellent donor care through timely data processing and clear communications. Troubleshoot CRM and system issues related to supporter admin. Ensure third-party supplier data is accurate, secure, and GDPR-compliant. ??Payment and Financial Reporting Manage the download and reconciliation of regular giving files from Stripe, GoCardless, and banks. Work closely with finance and fundraising to maintain reliable donation records. ??CRM & Database Administration Support CRM (Salesforce) integrity: campaign code creation, data entry standards, system maintenance. Ensure accurate and timely recording of one-off and recurring gifts. Maintain robust documentation of data processes and ensure team-wide adherence. ??Data Analysis & Campaign Reporting Create data selections and mailing lists for campaigns. Track campaign performance: income, ROI, supporter engagement. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for fundraising and engagement teams. ??Tech & Automation Support Liaise with IT support to flag and resolve issues. Identify opportunities for automating manual tasks and streamlining supporter operations. Keep up with trends in charity tech, digital fundraising, and CRM innovation. ??What Were Looking For Experience supporting donor care or database functions in a charity, nonprofit, or similar environment. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), payment platforms (Stripe, GoCardless). Confident working with data and systems - structured, curious, and proactive. An understanding of GDPR and data handling best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - youll work across teams and with third-party suppliers. ?? Why Join Us?
