Recruitment Manager
Orange Recruitment, part of the Facilitas Group, offers multi-disciplinary staffing solutions, specializing in professional services. We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to oversee our fast-paced temporary division. The office is based in Dublin 2, with a hybrid working setup available.
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for:
1. General management of the temporary division, including operations, profitability, new business generation, compliance, and account management.
2. Identifying new business opportunities and managing commercial activities to grow the company.
3. Managing, mentoring, developing, and recruiting staff as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the temporary division.
- Ensuring the division generates quality business deals for growth and profitability.
- Managing profitability and resource allocation.
- Reporting on business operations, risks, and opportunities.
- Recruiting, developing, and managing staff.
- Managing staff and candidate attrition effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years agency recruitment experience in a managerial, team leader, or senior consultant role.
- Strong industry knowledge and commercial acumen.
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to organizational obligations.
- Experience managing diverse teams and maximizing talent.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
