We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate candidates to join our growing team of relief staff working in the public healthcare sector.
Responsibilities: You will be required to clean and sanitize patient rooms, treatment areas, bathrooms, and public spaces to high hygiene standards.
You will be required to safely handle and dispose of clinical and general waste in accordance with infection control procedures.
You will be required to replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and hand sanitizers.
You will be required to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning agents safely, following training and guidelines.
You will be required to report any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns promptly.
You will be required to work collaboratively with healthcare staff to ensure cleaning schedules meet patient care needs.
Requirements: Previous cleaning experience (preferably in a healthcare or similar environment).
An understanding of infection prevention and control practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and time management skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
Manual Handling training will be required, and can be supplied at registration.
